Lands of Anaris

Vila Fraián

Vila Fraián

An architectural example of eclecticism

It was a commission from the Patiño brothers, natives of Cabanas and residents in Havana (Cuba), to the local architect Manuel Leira to modify the family home, dating back to 1889. It combines regionalist and modernist elements. Notable features include a long lateral wooden gallery with carefully crafted carpentry design and the tower at the rear, with a square plan and three stories.
