Lands of Anaris
A territory cut by the mythical Eume River, in the last European Atlantic forest

Picnic Area "Curro do Forgoselo"
The O Forgoselo mountain range is a magical space located very close to the Fragas do Eume Natural Park. The 'curro' (enclosed which retain the horses) is situated on the O Forgoselo mountain, a collectively managed area where we can find an example of extensive cattle farming management, as well as horses that inhabit these lands in semi-freedom. In autumn, it becomes a mycological reserve, where those who want to enjoy a mountain walk while picking mushrooms must obtain authorization.
It is also a special place to learn about the megalithic culture, which finds its architectural culmination in these lands, with around 15 'medoñas' (funerary tumuli) that shape the landscape of the O Forgoselo mountain range.
