A Madalena Beach

A Madalena Beach

A sandy area ideal for enjoying with family

Located on the dike that channels the mouth of the Eume River, it has a length of 1,100 meters and an average width of 50 meters. With calm waters and a white sand area, it is surrounded by an extensive and lush pine forest, where other species such as cork oak are also present, and there are tables and benches for enjoying lunch. It has lifeguard service in the summer, access for people with reduced mobility, and a wide range of hospitality options.

Every year, between June 1 and September 30, a space of 150 meters is designated for pets at its southern end.
